1. Our services

The information provided through the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person in any jurisdiction where such distribution would be contrary to law. Gravia acts solely as a software interface; we do not operate the underlying liquidity pools or execution layers of the prediction markets themselves.

2. Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property in our Services, including source code, databases, software, and the "Gravia" trademarks (the "Marks"). You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.

3. User representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to comply with these terms.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
• You are not a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction where prediction markets are prohibited by law or where Polymarket or Kalshi is geo-blocked.

4. Prohibited activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activities include:

• Circumvention: Using VPNs or proxy servers to bypass geographic restrictions or geofencing.
• Market abuse: Engaging in wash trading, spoofing, or other forms of market manipulation.
• Data mining: Systematically retrieving data to compile a database without our written permission.
• Harassment: Using information from the platform to harass or harm another person.

5. Purchases, payments, and fees

Gravia facilitates transactions in cryptocurrencies. You agree to provide accurate wallet information and authorize the charging of any applicable service fees to your designated wallet. All sales and transactions are final. Liora Labs, Inc. does not have the ability to reverse blockchain-based transactions.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You agree that your use of the services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitations of liability

In no event will Liora Labs, Inc. or our directors be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profit or loss of data.

8. Governing law

These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Dispute resolution

Binding arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Delegation: The arbitrator, and not any federal, state, or local court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of these Terms, including any claim that all or any part of these Terms is void or voidable.

Class action waiver: You and Liora Labs, Inc. agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Details: The seat of arbitration shall be Delaware, USA. The language of the proceedings shall be English. The number of arbitrators shall be one (1). Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

10. Services aggregator terms

Gravia is a marketplace platform and interface for third-party prediction market services.

• No liability for losses: Liora Labs, Inc. is not liable for financial losses incurred due to market volatility, protocol failure, or incorrect data from aggregated sources.
• Execution: We do not guarantee the successful execution of trades, as execution depends on third-party protocols and blockchain network congestion.
• Non-custodial: Gravia is a non-custodial terminal. We do not hold user funds. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and wallets.
